Master in Conflict management, mediation, conflict resolution and negotiation (M.mcr) from Copenhagen University, and bachelor in strategy and organizational changes. Last position was to coordinate the largest congress ever in Norway in august 2008, The 33rd International Geological Congress IGC (6000 participants) which comprised the whole gamut of the Earth Sciences. The Congress focused on topics which are of utmost importance for our modern society. The congress got a lot of attention from the society, from the media and from the scientific sector. The Congress included a number of pre‐ and post‐congress excursions to all the Nordic countries, as well as to the Arctic regions of Greenland and Svalbard and to NW Russia and Ukraine. The 33rd IGC tried to give a more holistic view on the Earth sciences. Further worked as a communication manager in different large public and private organisations and been self-employed for a long period.
