Draft programme ready

A preliminary programme, with almost all oral presentations slotted in, is now ready. Each conference day is divided into Early Morning (EM), Late Morning (LM) and Early Afternoon (EA) parallel session time periods. The individual presentations are placed within these time periods on given days.

Some abstract submitters have still to make their registration. All are reminded of the Early bird registration deadline by midnight on the 8th of April.

The 23rd of April will be the final deadline for authors to register. Authors, who have not made their registration by then, will be removed from the programme in order to avoid gaps.

Please note that the program is is preliminary and will be updated over the coming weeks. Exact times for the presentations will be forthcoming.

A few sessions are not yet in place, because conveners still have to submit their session programme. More details will also be added to the programme, included slots for business meetings and side events. You are advised to keep checking the conference website for updates.

The links to the abstracts do not function yet. Abstracts will be made available in early May.

Abstract submitters have already received emails over the Eastern holidays and are informed about where in the program they can find their contribution. If you come across any time conflicts, please contact Asgeir Knudsen in the conference secretariat!
