Deposit/Payment of Hotel Reservation

A reservation fee equivalent to one night will be charged on the credit card upon confirmation of the booking. If not paid by credit card online, payment must be made by bank transfer no later than 15 working days after you have received the confirmation/invoice from Congress-Conference AS.

The deposit will be deducted from your hotel bill when checking out. The payment of the total foreseen will be requested by the hotel upon check out. 

Cancellation Policy

Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing to Congress-Conference AS.

In the event of a partial reduction of room nights received from April 26 2010, the hotel will determine whether a penalty will be applied.

In the event of a no-show, hotel reservations will be cancelled after one night. No-shows cannot be refunded.

Congress-Conference AS reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees:

• In case of cancellation within April 26, 2010: the deposit less an administration fee of NOK 250 will be refunded.
• In case of cancellation after April 26, 2010: 1 night accommodation will be charged.
• In case of cancellation after May 11, 2010: 100% of the foreseen accommodation will be charged.
