The Steering Committee has had one meeting, in Oslo 16th of May. The selection process for sub committees has just started. This is the tentative list of committees:
- Science programme committee, with sub committees for each theme
- Education and outreach committee
- Finance committee
- Publications committee
- Media, marketing and public relations committe
